Grow Reward (grow2u.com) is a points-based merchandise redemption platform. Brands award points to their users, and those points can be redeemed for merchandise available on the platform. Brand Admins purchase point packages from us (HQ), and we manage what merchandise is available for redemption.

What Information We Collect
We only collect what's needed to run the platform properly:
- Account details — name, email, phone number, and password (encrypted)
- For admins — company name and payment details for purchasing point packages
- For users — shipping address when redeeming merchandise
- Usage data — basic info like pages visited and session activity to keep the platform running smoothly
- Points & transactions — records of point allocations, purchases, and redemptions
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process point purchases and distributions
- Fulfil merchandise redemption orders and arrange delivery
- Send you relevant notifications (points received, order updates, etc.)
- Keep the platform secure and running well
We don't sell your data to anyone.
Who Can See Your Data
Access to your data is role-based:
- HQ — has full platform visibility for operations and support
- Brand Admin / Principal — can see their own users' points and redemption activity
- Branch Admin — can see users within their assigned branch
- Users — can only see their own account and history
We may also use trusted third-party services for hosting, payments, and delivery — they only handle what's necessary for their specific task.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We use standard security practices — encrypted passwords, secure connections (HTTPS), and role-based access controls. No system is 100% foolproof, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If you ever notice anything suspicious, reach out to us right away.
